Zukiswa Silinga
Managing Director | Orivision
Zukiswa brings more than 20 years of leadership across automotive manufacturing, operations and sustainability consulting, including a substantial chapter of her career within Mercedes-Benz South Africa. She remained part of MBSA management until March 2024, where she contributed to the organization’s transformation agenda and developed deep insight into people, operational and strategic environment in which East London’s automotive ecosystem operates.
Zukiswa is a sought-after leader and speaker in both the technical, social and economic landscape of South Africa. A winner of the Corporate Award for the Businesswomen Association in 2019, the recognition carved a path that was centered on people aspects, particularly women in manufacturing. At MBSA, Zukiswa led the transformation forum with the purpose of rightfully including previously disadvantaged groups into direct functional workspaces.
Her professional journey reflects a strong ability to lead complex operational environments, uphold high standards, improve processes and bring people together around excellence. These qualities position her naturally as a confident host for a platform centered on leadership, business, growth and empowerment.
