Payment: Tickets are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Refunds & Cancellations: Refund requests must be submitted in writing by 13 November 2026 (14 days before the event). Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable South African law. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders will be informed of the refund or alternative arrangements.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets may only be transferred with the organisers’ approval.
Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme or schedule.
Admission: A valid ticket or proof of purchase is required for entry.
Photography: Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws
